- By creating an account or using PulseFlow VPN, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
- PulseFlow VPN provides access to a virtual private network through our servers.
- A free trial and paid subscription plans are available.
- The service is provided digitally; there is no physical product.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
- Your plan may limit how many devices can be connected at the same time.
- Notify us at support@pulseflowvpn.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not use it for illegal activity, spam, network attacks, intrusion, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
Payment
- Paid plans are purchased with cryptocurrency (USDT) through our payment provider, NowPayments.
- Each plan’s price and duration are shown before payment.
- Access is activated after the payment is confirmed.
Refunds
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable.
- If you believe there was an error or a technical problem on our side, contact support@pulseflowvpn.com and we will review your case individually.
Service availability
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of any specific website or service.
- Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues at our infrastructure providers.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, PulseFlow VPN is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
